Due Balances

If your balance is due, we are allowing guests additional time to pay their balance payments. We will not require balance payments until 2 weeks prior to arrival date for all bookings up to the end of August 2020. We hope this allows guests time to make an informed decision on whether to travel or not. You do not need to act on automated reminders that may continue to come to you.

We would ask that in all circumstances of a cancellation, you first contact your insurance providers to see if any deposits or balances you have paid can be recovered through your insurance policy. Please note that our normal cancellation policy, in our Terms and Conditions, will still apply in all situations if you are unable to travel.
